Workshop: Telling Your Story to an Audience, with Mike Funergy

It's easy to tell a story around a dinner table to those who already know you, but what's different about telling a story to a public audience? Mike will teach you tips and tricks to tease out universal themes, ramp up the emotion, and go through the building blocks that make personal stories accessible to public audiences to help them feel connected to your story as if it's their own. You'll use a simple story from your own life to apply the lessons learned, and, hopefully, walk away with an improved version that you can tell on stage.
