PROSE MENTORING: Shaena Lambert

Our popular Blue Pencil mentoring sessions allow you to get detailed, one-on-one feedback on your writing from a prominent Canadian writer!

This year, 2022 Writer-in-Residence Shaena Lambert is offering feedback on fiction, creative non-fiction, and memoir. See Shaena's bio here.

E-mail us a writing submission, and we'll schedule you for a 45-minute session with Shaena on Thursday, June 23, or Friday, June 24, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS JUNE 10 (please email first to inquire if you miss this deadline)

Your submission must follow these guidelines:

• Send your file as a Word document (.DOC file), rich text file (.RTF), or text file (.TXT).
• 2,500 words maximum
• Double-spaced 12-point type
• Include your name and the title of the work in your header.
• Please paginate.
• Attach an appendix (up to one page, single-spaced) with information about your project and any questions or focus areas.
